Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, access details, content, approvals, and feedback on time.
- Ensure submitted content, websites, products, and campaigns comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Review deliverables and request revisions within the agreed project timeline.
- Use delivered services responsibly and lawfully.
Platform Compliance
We do not guarantee approval, ranking, verification, monetization, ad performance, or third-party platform decisions. Services involving Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, hosting providers, marketplaces, plugins, or other platforms are subject to those platforms’ rules, policies, and review processes.
SEO and Marketing Results
SEO, DA/DR, backlinks, keyword ranking, ads, and local business growth depend on many factors outside our control. We use reasonable professional efforts, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, or approval outcomes.
Payments
Project pricing, milestones, payment schedule, and deliverables are agreed before work begins. Work may be paused if required information, approvals, or payments are delayed.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, approved final deliverables created specifically for the client may be used by the client for the agreed purpose. Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, licenses, tools, and platform accounts remain subject to their own license terms.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, illegal content, policy-violating activity, or any activity that harms users, platforms, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmed Tareen is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform penalties, account restrictions, ranking changes, downtime caused by third parties, or issues resulting from incorrect information or unauthorized changes made by the client or third parties.
